SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

1. PAYMENT METHOD — 100% PREPAID ONLY
- We operate strictly on a 100% PREPAID basis.
- All payments are securely processed through Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking).
- We DO NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Any requests for COD will not be entertained.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹499 across India.
- A nominal delivery fee applies to orders below ₹499.

3. PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 3 to 6 business days.
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS and Email once your order is dispatched.

5. NON-DELIVERY / ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses along with an active phone number. In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
